It is a happy day, indeed, friends! I have an incredibly lovely wedding to share for these sweethearts, Taylor & Jocelyn DiRienzo!
These two were all smiles as they married in some good ole Wisconsin heat, at Olin Park, near to the edge of Lake Monona. The Madison Capitol cityscape grazed the horizon as the DiRienzo’s wedding party carried their chuppah down the hill, and placed it in the grass before a sky scraping tree.
They and the whole of the wedding lovingly looked on as Taylor and Jocelyn voiced their vows, shared communion together, slipped rings on each other’s fingers, sealed their love with a kiss, and concluded their ceremony with the iconic breaking of the glass. Mazel Tov!
And to honor the amazing theme of their day, the night went out with a bang–fireworks(!) from Madison’s Brat Fest, right across the street from the park! I think these are possibly my favorite photos from the wedding!! (Look at the bottom of the post!)
The details were beautiful, from the easy love-filled looks, a dreamy wedding dress, a swoon-worthy first look, their romantic ceremony, glassbreaking, the hora dance, an amazing first dance (spins and twirls and more, oh my!), heartfelt speeches, a bubble line, explosions in the sky, and a dashing get-away car…. their cup is so full! What a beautiful day! (And like a true Wisconsin wedding, they squeezed in time for some frozen custard from Culver’s!) I was a huge fan of the unique centerpieces, isn’t it romantic?! They chose a wine from their favorite winery, and personalized the bottles with a photo from their engagement session.
Congratulations, sweet friends! Here’s to your very own happily ever after!
