AN INTIMATE WEDDING AT THE GATES OF HEAVEN SYNAGOGUE
When Nick and Sarah strolled along the sun-drenched sidewalk of the State Capitol Building, they looked like movie stars. They were perfectly timeless, radiant with joy, and I couldn’t help but feel SO blessed that I got to spend such a monumental and beautiful day with such a beautiful couple. They are so in love, you can see it, and feel it. They way these two hold close to each other, and the way they look at each other, is something that I wish everyone could have.
A chilly breeze swept through the air as the two laughed about memories, (their love the 4 C’s: Cats, Coffee, Cooking, & China), memories of love, and shared hopes for the future. They were on Cloud 9, excited to finally become husband and wife at Nick’s family’s synagogue, the Gates of Heaven. Nick and Sarah’s loving parents decorated and set up while we were at the Capitol Building.
When they arrived, they were met with love, and gracefully helped finish preparing. After Sarah’s father walked her down the aisle, Sarah & Nick each poured sand, to signify the blending of two lives, that cannot possibly be separated. Their loving parents watched as they vowed their love & lives to each other, and became husband & wife.
Congratulations again, Nick & Sarah! It was a gorgeous, dreamy day, and I loved serving you and your sweet families. We hope married life has been wonderful (as life together for you has always been), and all of your many loved ones look forward to the big wedding, coming soon!
